Showing forms per brand

With several brands, each help centre should offer only its own forms. That is a setting per form, not a rule you write.

Restrict a form to a brand

  1. Open Admin Center, then Objects and rules, then Tickets, then Forms.
  2. Edit the form.
  3. Choose which brands it belongs to.
  4. Save, then check each help centre while signed out.

A form left available to all brands appears on every help centre, which is how a customer of one brand ends up looking at another brand's returns form.

Shared forms are fine

Not everything needs splitting. A general contact form can serve every brand, and having one is easier to maintain than five identical copies. Restrict the forms whose questions are genuinely brand specific and share the rest.

Check the naming

Customers see the end user name, and on a brand's own help centre the brand is implied by where they are. "Return an item" reads better there than "Brand A returns", which looks odd on Brand A's own site.

Test each help centre separately

This is the step people skip. Open each brand's help centre signed out and look at the form list. It takes a minute per brand and is the only reliable way to see what customers actually get.
