Activate debug function in- and outgoing phone traffic

The debug function can be started in the WMS environment which you can find in the cloud PBX (Private Branch Exchange or Phone Exchange). To access the debug function the user must have access and the proper rights to the cloud PBX. 

Follow the steps below when you are logged in. 

Step 1.  

Click on the debug function.

 Step 2. 

The information you see by arrow 2, copy this information in a text file and add this to the ticket.
