Zendesk customers will experience a brief service disruption of up to 15 minutes at some time within the 27.5 hour maintenance window.

Expected behavior: Some products might be unreachable for 15 minutes or less, and your agents may experience green screens, sluggish response times, issues bulk updating tickets, refreshing ticket views, and Talk dropped calls during this window.
