I'm experiencing issues in Wildix Collaboration that are related to the Support Enhancements (Support button and additional documentation). What are some basic steps I can follow to troubleshoot this issue?
If you experience any issues with the Support Enhancement in your account, follow the tips listed below to identify the cause and help resolve the problem.
Disable the Support Enhancement in your account by adding ?noapps to your Wildix Collaboration URL.
- Open Wildix Collaboration in an incognito or private browser and check if the issues persist. If the issue disappears in incognito mode, clear the cache and cookies of your browser.
If none of these steps helped you resolve the problem, contact pluscloud Support and include the following information in your request:
- Information about when the issue started, if the issue is an intermittent issue, and for how long it was working without any difficulty.
- An HAR file of the unexpected behavior.
- The troubleshooting steps performed from the list above.
