I agree to the automatic purchase of a new device when the RMA is rejected against the current list price of the device. The replacement device will be invoiced directly after shipment. After full approval of the RMA the replacement will be credited. Please note, your organization takes the risk of a rejected RMA and the replacement device in such scenario will not be refunded and authorized for return.
