Zendesk will perform scheduled maintenance which will impact the Outlook Integration for all existing customers on Sunday, March 3 between the hours of 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM PDT / Monday, March 4 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM UTC. Existing users of the Outlook Integration will be unable to set up or uninstall the integration.

Customers affected: All existing Outlook Integration customers on all pods.
Affected products: Outlook Integration / Support.
Expected behavior: Outlook Integration will be put into “maintenance mode” which will prevent setup and uninstallation of the integration; a maintenance page will appear so customers do not encounter errors. Ticket creation will still work as normal.
Why we’re doing this: Zendesk is migrating the Outlook Integration to new infrastructure to increase reliability and performance.
