A daily summary of what was suspended turns a list nobody visits into something that gets looked at.
Set it up
- Open Admin Center and find the suspended ticket notification settings.
- Switch on the notification.
- Add the addresses that should receive it.
- Save.
The summary lists what was suspended and why, so most days it can be dismissed in a few seconds.
Who should get it
One or two people rather than the whole team. A notification everybody receives is a notification everybody assumes somebody else is handling.
Watch the volume, not the contents
The useful signal is a change. A day with three times the usual number means either a spam campaign or something wrong with your mail configuration, and both are worth knowing about immediately.
A steady low number needs a glance. A spike needs attention.
What it does not do
It does not recover anything. Someone still has to open the list and act. The notification exists to make sure that happens, not to replace it.
