39 USD per Zendesk account per month, excluding VAT, as listed on the Zendesk App Marketplace. There are no tiers.
What does not change it
- The number of locations. Ten stores or two hundred, the price is the same.
- The number of reviews. A busy month costs no more than a quiet one.
- The number of agents. It is not a per-seat app.
Why it is priced this way
A chain with many locations is exactly the customer this app is for. Charging per location would penalise the case it was built for, so the price sits on the account instead.
The trial
Seven days, starting the moment you install rather than when you finish configuring. Worth connecting a location on day one, so you spend the trial seeing real reviews rather than reading settings.
