The services offered by pluscloud consist of 'of the shelf' products that we customize to your needs such a Zendesk and Wildix and 'in-house developed' services. While we do capture product feedback for both groups there is a difference in how we approach the feedback loops and the options we have to push feature request forward.
Please follow the categories below how Feature Requests and Product Feedback is being handled.
If you are looking for ways how to let us prioritize your Feature Request, learn more about compensated feature prioritization.
Submit your Feature Request
* Wildix + Zendesk Apps + Wildix integrations only
Zendesk
Zendesk has an online Product Feedback Community on support.zendesk.com where customers are invited to submit Product Feedback. Zendesk has a guideline for submitting the product feedback and allows you to requests that other users have submitted to show you also want this feature.
Some features can also be achieved by building custom Zendesk Apps. Our team is working on such private requests daily to help organizations to optimize workflows. Contact our Sales team to learn more about the options.
Wildix
Wildix has a partner driven Product Feedback loop. This means our team will share your product feedback with Wildix. When Wildix thinks there is a fit to the roadmap of the product there are two routes:
- Feature Request will be placed on the roadmap – Wildix believes there is a fit for the Product Feedback to place it on the product roadmap. Usually, no specific timeline is being committed to.
- Feature Request can be prioritized – Wildix has confirmed the feature is a fit for the product roadmap and has agreed for a compensation fee to prioritize the request.
In-house developed solutions such as Zendesk Apps and Wildix integrations
pluscloud is gathering all Product Feedback via the Support channels and our teams are creating private product roadmaps for our in-house developed solutions such as Google My Business for Zendesk Support, Macro Date for Zendesk Support and Wildix for Zendesk Support.

Prioritizing Feature Requests
For some products such as Wildix and our in-house developed solutions there are options to prioritize confirmed Feature Requests that are confirmed by the Product Teams to be a fit to the product. While the compensation is decided on case by case, it usually looks like one of the following deals or a combination of them:
- One-time compensation fee
- Usage commitment, paid upfront
- Additional service contract, paid upfront
