Why is the Services tab missing from my Live Dashboard?

The Services tab needs an x-caracal subscription on top of x-bees SuperBee. Without it, the rest of the dashboard works and that one tab does not.

The Services tab needs an x-caracal subscription on top of x-bees SuperBee. Without it, the rest of the dashboard works and that one tab does not.

Two subscriptions, not one

• x-bees SuperBee unlocks the Live Dashboard itself.
• x-caracal unlocks the Services tab, which shows call group activity.

Having SuperBee and finding one tab missing is expected behaviour, not a fault.

Before you ask for x-caracal

It has a licence floor: at least ten UC-Business or UC-Premium subscriptions plus one UC-Premium. Check that before planning around the Services tab.

Send us a request. x-caracal is a paid subscription, so we confirm what it adds to your agreement first.
