No. One x-caracal subscription per system is enough, and it is not tied to a specific user. What is per user is the UC plan.
What is per system
The x-caracal subscription itself. One per system, not assigned to anyone.
What is per user
The UC plan, which decides two separate things:
- To be monitored by x-caracal, an agent needs at least UC-Business.
- To open x-caracal and read the statistics, a supervisor needs UC-Premium.
So a team of agents on UC-Business can be measured while their manager needs a different plan to see the results.
The floor
Activating x-caracal needs at least ten UC-Business or UC-Premium subscriptions plus one UC-Premium on the system, regardless of how many agents you have.
