Activate x-caracal for ACD statistics on your Wildix PBX, and check the platform and licence conditions before you ask us to add it.
Check this before you ask us to add it
x-caracal has a licence floor that is easy to miss. Your PBX needs at least ten UC-Business or UC-Premium subscriptions, plus one UC-Premium. That count is about subscriptions on the PBX, not about how many people work there.
Your PBX also has to meet the minimum WMS version for the release being activated. We check that for you when you request it.
Who can be monitored, and who can look
These are two different permissions and they are easy to confuse.
- To be monitored by x-caracal, a user needs at least UC-Business.
- To open x-caracal and read the statistics, a user needs UC-Premium.
So a team of agents on UC-Business can be measured, but their supervisor needs UC-Premium to see the numbers.
Where x-caracal shows up elsewhere
- x-bees Live Dashboard. The Services tab needs x-caracal on top of x-bees SuperBee. Without it, the rest of the dashboard works and that one tab does not.
- Integrations Hub. x-caracal is required to show call group calls in the Bubble app.
How to get it activated
Adding x-caracal to your PBX is something we arrange for you.
- Check the three conditions above.
- Send us a request, and tell us which PBX it is for. x-caracal is a paid subscription, so we confirm what it adds to your agreement before switching it on.
- We add the subscription and confirm when it is live.
Once it is active, set the plans for the people involved yourself in WMS. Users who need to read the statistics go on UC-Premium. Users who need to be measured go on UC-Business or higher.
