Not directly, and the workarounds are worth thinking about before you build one, because they disclose addresses.
There is no CC the organisation action
A trigger can add a specific address as a CC. It cannot expand an organisation into its members, so there is no single setting that does what the question asks.
What people usually want instead
- Shared organisation access. Letting the organisation's users see each other's tickets in the help centre gives colleagues visibility without emailing everyone. Usually the right answer.
- One shared address as a CC. A trigger adding the company's own support mailbox. Simple, and the distribution stays their problem rather than yours.
- Named CCs on the customer's side. If two people always need to know, the customer can CC them.
The reason to be careful
CCs are visible to everyone on the ticket. Expanding an organisation into a CC list discloses every one of those addresses to the requester and to each other. In some organisations that is unremarkable; in others it is a complaint.
