Every account has a view for this, and if yours does not behave the way you expect, the reason is usually the status conditions.
The standard view
Zendesk ships with a view showing tickets assigned to you. It is in your views list, usually near the top, and it uses a condition matching the current user, so one view serves everybody.
Why yours might look wrong
- It excludes some statuses. Most versions leave out solved and closed, which is sensible and surprising if you were looking for something you solved.
- Somebody edited it. It is a normal view and can be changed like any other.
- Your tickets are assigned to a group, not to you. Common where routing assigns by team.
Making your own
A personal view with the conditions you want takes a minute, and it is the right answer where your working pattern differs from the team's. Keep it personal unless others need it too.
Searching instead
For a one-off question, search is quicker than building a view. Views are for the lists you look at every day.
