This quick guide shows you how to open and use the Collaboration 7 mobile app on your phone.
You'll learn the most important features, such as making calls and starting and managing conversations.

The mobile app and the web version of Collaboration 7 share the same functionality. To download the application:
Visit the Apple Store for iPhone or the Google Play Store for Android. Minimum requirements for both OSes are iOS 15.1 or later, and Android 9 or later.
A Wildix UC-Essential licence is required to use the mobile app.

How to transfer calls with pre-announcement or consultation
Log in with Google, Microsoft or via email address
Connecting to the PBX (online telephone exchange)
- Check that you're connected to the online PBX.
- Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Under Settings, tap Connect to Wildix PBX.
- Enter the PBX's domain name in the field. If you don't know the domain name, please contact us at help@pluscloud.nl.
When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to grant necessary permissions, such as access to the microphone and camera, and allowing notifications.
User status and status message
To change the status, click on Status under Availability. Then click on your current user status and select a new status.
The status in NL consists of: Available, Away, Busy, or Offline. If the language is set to English, the status will be: Available, Away, Busy,
Enable or disable notifications
Go to Settings, tap Message Notifications, and enable notifications for personal and group conversations. Here you can turn all message notifications on and off.
As an addition, you can now also turn email notifications and AI transcriptions on and off in the app.
Call forwarding settings
Go to Settings, tap Calls and set forwarding rules for each call category:
- Interne gesprekken
- Externe gesprekken
- Acceptatielijst (whitelist)
- Blokkeringslijst (Blacklist)
For each category, you determine how the conversations are handled with a preset status:
Default, Away, Busy
The Accept and Block List categories determine which callers are answered (Except List) and which are not. (Block List)
In the example below, all incoming internal calls are automatically forwarded to voicemail by default. With the “Away” status, the call is immediately hung up (Call Reject).
Incoming services (services) (Contact Center)
If you're not a permanent member of a call group, you can (dynamically) log yourself in and out of the call group. If the buttons are light green, you're a permanent member of the call group and can't configure this.
Start a call via the dial pad
To start a call using the keypad: From your inbox, tap the Dial pad icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Enter a name or phone number to see matches in your colleagues' contacts or phone book; otherwise, enter an external number in the field.
To start a call, choose the device you want to call from.
The options are:
- This device (call from your mobile app)
- Web collaboration (call from your laptop/PC)
- Landline Wildix device (if you also have a landline Wildix device)
- Any device (calls will be shared across all devices you are logged into)

Mobile number (call from your mobile SIM card and mobile phone number; this means you don't call out using the office or company's business number, but rather your mobile phone number)
Manage conversations
The following options are available from the Active Call screen:
- Send DTMF (click the dial pad in the bottom-left corner)
- Mute/Unmute (microphone icon)
- Put/Resume a call
- Transfer a call
- End a call
How can you transfer calls with advance announcement or consultation?
Om een gesprek door te verbinden op je mobiel, moet je het volgende doen:
- Zet het actieve gesprek in de wachtstand
- Ga terug naar het tabblad Inbox
- Bel de gebruiker naar wie je het gesprek wilt doorverbinden
- Druk tijdens het gesprek met deze gebruiker op de knop Doorverbinden
