Effective from July 20, 2023, all users of Wildix Collaboration will receive an account update upon signing into their account. In an effort to streamline functionality, we've removed the option to disable the 'Sign-on' and 'Unavailable on DND / Away' features, and these settings will now be enforced automatically.
Please be aware that if your Contact Center settings are switched off, the system will persist in forwarding calls to your account. In high-traffic environments, this could potentially lead to extended wait times. This is because the system may offer incoming calls to unavailable agents, instead of redirecting them to available ones.
pluscloud is implementing these changes, and if your account was previously configured with these settings disabled or inaccurately setup by your administrator, you will be notified using an in-product notification.
The feature allowing you to join Call Groups dynamically remains unchanged. You can continue using the checkboxes provided for each Call Group to join or leave as needed.
