Requirements
- Google Chrome (version 72 or higher for screen sharing)
- Apple Safari 12.1 or higher

How to setup a new Video Conference?
- Open Collaboration and sign in with your personal account.
- Click on the blue Screen icon and press + New Conference.
- Enter the details for your Video Conference:

- Title: Title used for the video conference and the invitations that are sent to attendees
- Enter contact name or email to add: Attendees, can be selected from the available list or can be entered by email address
- Description: Description of the video conference that is sent to attendees
- (Optional) Schedule: Enable checkbox to enable email invitation for a calendar meeting
- Date / Time: Select the date and time of the meeting
- Timezone: Select the timezone
- Repeat: Option to repeat the meeting
- Language: Set the language of the email invitations to attendees
- Dial-in numbers: Set the numbers you would like to offer to attendees to dial-in by phone

- Click on the Tick icon in the bottom right to create the Video Conference.
