Revenue Intelligence works on what was said in customer conversations, so coaching is based on reality rather than recollection.
Revenue Intelligence runs on x-bees and on x-hoppers. It is not part of Collaboration 7, and it is not yet in the x-bees mobile app.
What it is for
Other analytics tell you a call happened and how long it lasted. Revenue Intelligence looks at the content: what was discussed, which objections came up, how the conversation went.
That makes it a coaching tool rather than a reporting one.
What you can do with it
- Review recordings and transcripts of real conversations
- See patterns across calls rather than judging from the one you happened to hear
- Find the moments worth discussing without listening to an hour of audio
- Use real examples in coaching instead of hypotheticals
Two things to settle first
Tell people
Conversations are recorded and transcribed. Customers must be told, and in most countries that is a legal requirement. Your own team should know too, and hearing it first from a manager beats discovering it.
Agree what it is for
A tool that reviews conversations can be used to help people or to catch them out, and the team will work out which within a fortnight.
Say what it will not be used for. If people believe every call is being scored, they will play safe, stop improvising and have worse conversations. You will have made your team measurably worse at their job.
Getting value from it
Start with one question rather than browsing. "Where do deals stall?" or "What do customers ask that we answer badly?" produces something actionable. Looking at everything produces an impression.
What it needs
x-bees SuperBee per user, or x-hoppers SuperHopper + AI, plus recording and transcription switched on. Transcription draws on the AI units your company holds, and going past that allowance is chargeable.
