Every account has a view for this, and if yours does not behave the way you expect, the reason is usually the status conditions.
Where do I see the tickets assigned to me?
The standard view is Your unsolved tickets, near the top of your views list. It matches on the current user, so one view serves everybody. It sits among the other seven that every account starts with: Unassigned tickets, All unsolved tickets, Recently updated tickets, Unsolved tickets in your groups, New tickets in your groups, Pending tickets and Recently solved tickets.
Why yours might look wrong
- It excludes some statuses. The name says so: unsolved. Solved and closed tickets are not in it, which is sensible and surprising if you were looking for something you just solved. Recently solved tickets is where those went.
- Somebody edited it. It is a normal view and can be changed like any other.
- Your tickets are assigned to a group, not to you. Common where routing assigns by team.
What if the standard one does not fit?
A personal view with the conditions you want takes a minute, and it is the right answer where your working pattern differs from the team's. Keep it personal unless others need it too.
Searching instead
For a one-off question, search is quicker than building a view. Views are for the lists you look at every day.
