Can I have several TXT records for several Zendesk accounts on one domain

Yes for DKIM and verification records. No for SPF, which must be a single record, because two of those break mail for both accounts.

The SPF rule

A domain may publish only one SPF record. Two is not additive; receivers treat it as an error and both are ignored, which is worse than having none.

Where two Zendesk accounts send from one domain, they are combined into one SPF record rather than published separately.

DKIM is different

DKIM records are published under distinct names, so several can coexist. Two accounts each get their own, and they do not conflict.

Verification records

Also fine alongside each other, since each has its own name.

What this means in practice

Two Zendesk accounts on one domain is workable, and SPF is the piece that needs care. Get the combined record right once, and add the DKIM records for each account.

Check your SPF record after adding anything. A second record added by someone who did not know the rule breaks mail for both accounts, and the symptom is deliverability declining rather than an error.
