Yes. Agents making outbound calls can show a chosen number, and which one you pick affects whether people answer.
How
On the Lines tab, turn on Allow outbound calls? for the line and use Who can make outbound calls to say which groups may use it. Where you have several lines, the agent can choose per call, which matters in a multibrand account.
Show a number people can ring back
The most important part. A customer who misses your call will try the number that appeared. If that number does not reach you, they get nothing, and your call was worse than useless.
Show your main support number, and make sure it is answered.
For multiple brands
Show the brand's own number. A customer of Brand B receiving a call from Brand A does not recognise it, and increasingly will not answer an unrecognised number at all.
Withholding the number
Possible, and almost always wrong for support. Very few people answer a withheld number, and those who do are wary before you have said anything.
What you cannot do
Show a number you do not control. Displaying a number that is not yours is fraud in most jurisdictions, and it is blocked for good reason.
