Use it

1. Open the article in the editor.
2. Select the passage to work on.
3. Ask for an expansion, or for a different tone.
4. Read every sentence of what comes back.
5. Keep what is true, delete what is not, and publish.

What it is good at

• Turning notes into prose. Five bullet points become a readable paragraph.
• Evening out tone across articles written by different people.
• Suggesting a structure for something you wrote as one block.

What it will do that you must catch

It fills gaps confidently. Asked to expand a paragraph about a setting, it will describe steps that sound right and are not in your product, because plausible text is what it produces.

That is not a flaw to configure away. It is the reason a person reads every line before publishing.

Longer is not the goal

A short article that answers the question is finished. Expanding it produces padding, and padding is what makes readers stop trusting a knowledge base.

Use expansion where an article is genuinely incomplete, not where it is merely brief.

Check the specifics hardest

Names of menus and buttons, numbers, limits, and anything about who can do what. Those are the details that get invented, and they are the details readers act on.
