To allow Zendesk to communicate with the Wildix system, it's required to whitelist a couple of domains that are involved in the communication with Zendesk and the Zendesk App. Follow the steps below for the setup of the Security Settings in WMS:
- Go to the WMS interface of your Wildix account
- Click on Settings (Gear wheels icon) in the top bar navigation > PBX > Security
- Add the following domains to the Allow origin (domain whitelist) settings:
- Click on Save
