A Wallboard that freezes in the browser is almost always the browser cache. Clear it first, then send us console data.
Clear the browser cache
Clear the cache in Chrome on the machine driving the screen, then load the Wallboard again. This resolves most cases.
Have the sign-in details ready before you start, because you may have to sign in again afterwards: the domain name (your company name followed by .wildixin.com), an extension, and that user's Collaboration password. On a screen nobody has touched in months, this is the step that catches people out.
If it comes back
We need information from the Chrome console to find the cause. Open the console on the machine showing the board while the problem is happening, save the output, and send it to us.
Tell us as well how long the board had been open before it froze, and whether it happens on one screen or on all of them. A board that only freezes after several days points somewhere different from one that freezes within the hour.
Rule out the machine first
Before assuming the Wallboard is at fault, check whether the same screen has other problems. A media player or digital signage machine running for months without a restart tends to run short of memory, and a browser tab is the first thing to suffer.
A wall screen is usually a machine nobody logs into for months. Restarting it, and letting the browser update, is worth trying before anything else.
