Plan requirement
| Subscription | UC-Premium |
| Also required | pluscloud Wallboard |
The pluscloud Wallboard puts live call group status on a screen the whole team can see. Here is how to sign in and read it.
The Wallboard is our own addition for Wildix, not a Wildix product. It needs UC-Premium, it is a paid addition, and we configure it for you. Ask us about it if you do not have it yet.
Signing in
- Go to dashboard.pluscloud.app.
- Enter your domain name: your company name followed by
.wildixin.com, for examplecompanyname.wildixin.com. - Sign in with your own extension and your Collaboration password.
Two layouts
One shows a single call group per screen. The other shows a collection, up to four call groups on one tab.
The bar on the left switches between pages, so more call groups fit than one screen holds. Switching can be manual, or automatic after a set number of seconds.
What the screen shows
Per call group, live:
- Calls waiting now, and the callers themselves with name and number. A caller past the service level target is marked.
- Average waiting time over the past thirty minutes, and the longest wait in that period.
- The percentage of the service level target reached.
Per agent:
- Status: Available, Calling or Wrap Up. Someone on Do Not Disturb or Away drops off the board.
- The number they are on and how long the call has been running.
- Calls answered per agent per day.
And for the day as a whole: missed calls today, missed calls that fell outside the service level target, and how many agents are online in each status. Answered and missed totals also run cumulatively from the moment the board was opened.
Sorting the agent list
Three views: alphabetical, ranked with the most answered calls at the top, or grouped by status.
What we set for you
- Which call groups appear, and on which page
- The service level target
- The waiting time at which a caller turns red, two minutes for example
- Whether pages switch automatically, and how quickly
Tell us what you want changed and we adjust it.
