The Wallboard shows no presence for someone

A colleague shown pale blue on the Wallboard is missing from the colleagues list of the account the Wallboard signs in with.

What the pale blue means

It is not a status. It means the Wallboard has no status for that person at all, so it has nothing to colour in.

Where the Wallboard gets presence from

The Wallboard signs in with one account, normally a Call Center Manager, and it reads presence from that account's list of colleagues.

So the question is never whether the person has a status. It is whether the signed-in account can see them.

The fix

Add the missing person to the colleagues list of the account the Wallboard uses. Their presence appears from then on.

This is worth checking after anyone joins, because a new starter is in the call group long before they are in somebody's colleagues list.

Why it looks like a Wallboard fault

Everything else about that person works. They appear, they take calls, their numbers are right, and only the colour is missing. That points at the display when the cause is elsewhere.

If several people went pale at once, look at whether the Wallboard is signed in as a different account than it used to be.
