Which plan you have and where to see it

Plan requirement

Subscription Any plan
Access Admin

Your plan decides which features exist for you. Admin Center shows your subscription and every add-on on a single page.

Find your plan

  1. Open Admin Center.
  2. Go to Account, then Billing, then Subscription.
  3. The page names your products, the level of each, and how many agent seats you hold.

If you cannot reach Billing, you are not an admin with subscription rights. Your account owner can see it, and can grant other admins access to it.

Read what you find there

Three things on that page matter when you are working out whether an article applies to you.

  • The product line. Either a Suite level such as Suite Growth, or separate products such as Support Professional with Explore Professional beside it.
  • The level. Team, Growth, Professional, Enterprise or Enterprise Plus for Suite. Team, Professional or Enterprise for standalone products.
  • The add-ons. Copilot, AI agents, Workforce Management, Quality Assurance and the privacy add-on are listed separately from the plan itself.

Why we ask you to check

Every article here opens with a plan requirement naming the level a feature starts at. Roughly four in ten Zendesk features sit behind a plan; the rest work everywhere. Knowing your line and level turns that block into a yes or a no in a couple of seconds.

Considering a change? Tell us what you are trying to do and we will work out which level actually gets you there. Upgrades and add-ons are paid additions, so we confirm what changes before anything is activated.
