The Attachment Manager app

Seeing and handling every file on a ticket in one place. Useful wherever attachments carry the case.

Use it

  1. Install the app.
  2. Open a ticket with attachments.
  3. The panel lists every file across the whole conversation.
  4. Open or download from there.

Where it helps

A long ticket with files scattered through twenty messages. Scrolling to find the second screenshot the customer sent is exactly the friction this removes.

Warranty claims, damage reports and anything document-heavy benefit most.

It shows what is there

Which is occasionally a surprise. Tickets accumulate files nobody remembers, and seeing them listed is how you notice that a customer sent something sensitive three messages ago.

Then redact what should not be there

Identity documents, bank statements, photographs of cards. Spotting them is half the job and removing them is the other half, and the app makes the first half quick.

Attachments are your storage

Files are most of what an account stores. An app that makes them visible is also a small window onto why storage grows.

Restrict it sensibly

Teams handling file-heavy work. For agents whose tickets are text, it is another panel to scroll past.
