Monitoring Your Call Groups and Queues
With this feature integrated into your Wildix Collaboration, you can view near real-time statistics of your Call Groups. Details such as the number of waiting calls, available members, and busy members in each call group or queue are displayed in an easy-to-understand format.
Updated Statistics
To ensure you have an up-to-date snapshot of your call group or queue status, while we maintain balance with the used resources on the platform, the data refreshes every 15 seconds.
Activating the Feature
To use this feature, add a Function Key to your account via Wildix Collaboration. Please note that after adding the Function Key, you must refresh or reload your Wildix Collaboration account. This step is necessary for the feature to become active and visible.
