By default, Zendesk Administrators manually need to activate Wildix for Zendesk licenses for Agents. Automated license provisioning can be enabled by enabling "Auto generate agent license on first login". This will automatically generate a license for each Zendesk Agent which logins the first time on the Wildix for Zendesk integration.
When this option is turned on the client agrees with possible rises of license fees as licenses will be positioned automatically.
