In Wildix Collaboration different user statuses are supported and users can setup Predefined User Statuses. Each status can be identified by a colored dot that is shown next to the user.

User is not connected to Collaboration and has no active Wildix Hardware Devices. | |

User is not connected to Collaboration but has active Wildix Hardware Devices. | |

User-defined status - Used when not at work. | |

User-defined status - Used when for an example in a meeting. |
* When a user is Offline and has set the Status to Away or DND, the account will still be shown as an Offline status.
