My display shows the error message 'Temporary failure', what is wrong?
You can only use Call Intrusion for active calls. When you try to use Call Intrusion on an extension that has no active call your phone will show the error 'Temporary failure' on the display.
Using Call Intrusion from Collaboration
Open Collaboration and navigate to your Colleague or Fn Keys screen. Right-click on a colleague with an active call. The menu that appears will include the options Listen, Whisper and Barge. Click the desired mode to intrude on the active call.
The menu is not showing the menu options Listen, Whisper and Barge, what is wrong?
When the options for Call Intrusion are not visible this can be caused by two reasons. Your account either does not have the correct authorization in the ACL Group, or you are trying to use Call Intrusion on an account that does not have a call active at this moment.
