Invoices are being sent digitally by email as PDF and UBL (Universal Business Language). Invoices can be paid by wire transfer. Some invoices for Dutch customers include iDEAL payment option for fast processing of your payment. Invoices from the Zendesk App Marketplace do not contain an UBL file and can only be paid with the credit card on file.
Payments should always contain the full invoice reference as the description of the payment. Invoice references look like the following examples: CX-2020-1001 or COM-2020-2001
Depending on the entity that is mentioned on the top right of the invoice, it should be paid to the account as listed below that matches the payment instructions on your invoice. When paying from outside The Netherlands, verify the payment instructions to your bank are set as OUR
, to make sure the full payment will be transferred. With other payment instruction options there is a risk an amount remains open on the invoice.
