Wilma is the AI layer across Wildix. Here is what it actually does day to day, and where it does not help.
What it does
- Summarises calls, meetings and long conversations
- Answers questions about a conversation you took part in
- Drafts follow-ups from what was said rather than from memory
- Surfaces detail buried in a long thread
Where it helps most
The gap between a conversation happening and anyone writing it down. That gap is where detail is lost, and it is the one place an assistant reliably earns its keep.
Coming back from leave to forty unread conversations is the other. A summary per thread beats reading all of them.
Where it does not help
- Conversations that were never transcribed. No text, nothing to work with.
- Questions about your business in general. It works from your conversations, not from your systems.
- Anything where being nearly right is not good enough. Figures, dates and commitments need checking against the source.
Check before you send. A summary is fluent and occasionally wrong in ways that read perfectly. Wrong numbers and dates are the common failure, and they are exactly the parts a customer will act on.
What it costs you in hours
Wilma draws on the same pool of AI units at company level as transcription and voice agents. Heavy use in one team affects everyone, and going past your allowance is chargeable.
Telling people
If customer conversations are transcribed and processed, say so. That obligation is yours.
