Assign a subscription plan to a user

Change which features a colleague can reach by setting their License type in WMS. It takes effect immediately.

Assign a plan

1. In WMS, go to Users.
2. Select the user and click Edit.
3. Set the License type field.
4. Save.

This works as long as you have a free licence of that type. You are assigning a licence you already hold, not ordering a new one.

When there is no free licence

If the plan you need is not available, you have two options.

• Free one up. Move a licence from someone who no longer needs it. A colleague who left, or a phone in a meeting room sitting on a plan that is heavier than it needs.
• Ask us for more. Changing which licences your system has is something we arrange. Adding licences is a paid change, and we confirm what it means for your agreement before activating anything.

Watch out with x-hoppers

Two x-hoppers plans are ordered under one name and assigned under another. Users on x-hoppers HelperHopper and on x-hoppers SalesFloorHopper + AI must be given the x-hoppers SalesFloorHopper license type here. This is the most common x-hoppers mistake.

Check what you have

Go to Settings > Tools and utilities > Activation / Licenses to see which licences are on your system and how many are in use.
