Where everybody's settings live in one list. The page to check when somebody's schedule looks wrong.
What it shows
- Who is in which team.
- Their location, and therefore their hours and holidays.
- Their role here.
- Their tracking settings.
- Whether they are active.
Start here when something is odd
Wrong hours, missing from the schedule, adherence that makes no sense. The cause is almost always one of the settings on this page rather than the schedule itself.
The three that go wrong
Location. Somebody on the head office location while working in another country.
Team. Left in a team they moved out of, so they appear in the wrong schedule.
Tracking. Configured differently from their colleagues, which makes their numbers incomparable.
Use it as a review list
Read down it after any reorganisation. Everything that goes stale in this product goes stale here first, and it takes five minutes.
Check people who left
Somebody deactivated in Support may still appear here. They occupy a team and skew team-level figures until removed.
Compare rather than inspect
The value of a list is spotting the row that differs from its neighbours. Somebody with different tracking settings from the rest of their team is usually an accident.
