Reviewing conversations is repetitive work. The shortcut list lives in the product, which is the version that stays current as it changes.
Where they help
A reviewer works through a queue: read, score each category, comment, submit, next. The same sequence dozens of times a week, which is exactly what shortcuts are for.
The one to learn first
Ctrl + Enter submits a review. It is the last step of every single review you do, so it is the one that pays back fastest across a queue.
The rest of the loop is read, score each category, comment, submit, next. Pick up the shortcuts for the parts you repeat rather than trying to learn the whole list at once.
Find the current list in the product
We deliberately do not reprint the list here. Shortcuts change as the product develops, and a list in an article goes quietly out of date while the one in the interface does not.
Click the question mark icon in the top bar and choose Keyboard shortcuts. Mac and Windows are listed separately, so read the section for the machine you are on.
Speed is not the goal
A review that takes four minutes instead of six because the reviewer is not clicking is good. A review that takes two minutes because they stopped reading properly is worse than no review.
Shortcuts should remove the mechanical part, not the thinking.
Worth ten minutes for a regular reviewer
Somebody doing twenty reviews a week gets the time back quickly. For anybody reviewing occasionally, it is not worth learning.
