Hardware returns policy

pluscloud Communications B.V. supplies hardware to businesses only. Orders are final. Transport damage has to reach us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs.

Who we supply

pluscloud Communications B.V. supplies business to business only. Every delivery we make is a supply to a company or organisation acting in a professional capacity. We do not supply consumers, and we do not sell to private individuals.

That is what sets the rest of this policy. Consumer protections that exist because a purchase is a consumer purchase, including the statutory cooling-off period and the right of withdrawal that comes with distance selling to consumers, do not apply to a business-to-business supply and therefore do not apply to our deliveries.

Orders are final

An order placed with pluscloud Communications B.V. is final and cannot be returned. That covers every reason which comes down to changing your mind: a model you no longer want, a quantity you over-ordered, a project that was cancelled, or a device that turned out not to be the one you meant to order.

There is a practical reason behind it. Devices we ship are provisioned for your system before they leave us, so a delivered device is configured for one customer and is not stock that can go back on a shelf. It is also why checking the model matters more before a large order with us than with a general supplier.

Transport damage: report it within 48 hours

Damage caused in transit has to be reported to pluscloud Communications B.V. within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. After that window a report cannot be handled as transport damage, because it can no longer be established whether the damage happened on the way to you or after the delivery was accepted.

A report is complete only with photographs of all three of the following.

  • The shipping box, photographed from the outside, with the shipping label legible.
  • The packaging inside the box, as you found it when you opened it.
  • The delivered product, with the damage visible.

Keep the box and all packaging material until the report is settled. Packaging that has already been thrown away cannot be photographed afterwards, and a transport claim without those photographs has nothing to rest on.

Report it to us in a support request rather than by telephone. A request records the moment the report was made, and that record is what the 48 hour window is measured against.

What final sale does not cover

Final sale is about sending something back that you no longer want. It is not about goods that are faulty or that were delivered wrongly, and those are a separate route with their own conditions. See Return a product and claim warranty.

So a device that arrives faulty, a product that is not what the order stated, or a delivery that is incomplete is handled as a claim under that route and not as a return under this one.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to all hardware delivered by pluscloud Communications B.V., whatever the product is and whichever of our services it is used with.

This version applies from 3 October 2026.
