Schedule from x-bees
Create the meeting in the conversation it belongs to. Everyone in that conversation gets it, and the meeting keeps the context of what you were already discussing.
Schedule from your calendar
Once your Google or Microsoft 365 calendar is connected, an Add x-bees meeting button appears when you create an event. The meeting link goes into the invitation and the event links back to the conversation.
Connecting a calendar needs x-bees Standard or higher.
Guests joining
People outside your company join in the browser. No account, no install, no subscription. They can also be added to the conversation afterwards so the follow-up stays in one place.
During the meeting
- Share your whole screen or a single window. One window is usually the better choice.
- Record the session. Tell participants first.
- Add someone mid-meeting without restarting.
Transcription and summaries
On x-bees Standard and higher, meetings can be transcribed and summarised automatically. Ten hours are included at company level, not per person.
Check your microphone and camera before the meeting rather than in the first minute of it. Chrome remembers the last device you used, which is often the wrong one after you have been in a meeting room.
