On all Wildix UC Essential plans and higher allow you to connect up to 10 devices. By default, all connected devices will ring on an incoming call. This means for an example your desk phone, mobile app and computer with Collaboration could start ringing simultaneously. Some users prefer to only let the device ring that they are actively using for outbound calls as well.
To activate or deactivate 'Ring only active device' follow the steps below:
- Open Collaboration and sign in with your personal account.
- Go to Settings and select the Personal tab.
- Turn the switch for the setting Ring only active device on or off depending on your personal preference.
- Confirm by pressing Save.
