When you followed a link from the Call History or CDRview and the systems returns a '404 Not Found' page, it is likely the Call Recording is not available anymore. This can be caused by two different reasons:
- The retention policy has passed and the system removed the recording. You could consider extending the retention policy.
- The system has insufficient storage and removed the recording in the emergency procedure to keep the system up and running. During this procedure the oldest call recordings are removed until there is sufficient storage available again. We recommend to purchase more storage.
In both scenarios the call recording files cannot be restored.
