pluscloud monitors your Wildix instance 24/7 using a combination of different monitoring services and two NOCs (Network Operations Center). The first NOC is monitoring all network activities with our connected carriers. The second NOC is monitoring the behavior of each individual Wildix instance.
The monitoring services as well as manual actions from the NOC could lead into an incident notification of which you proactively receive via email from our 🤖 pluscloud bot. As we want to be transparent, we want to make sure you are informed about possible issues as quickly as possible. Because of this, you will receive an incident notification on the same moment our team is notified.
When you receive a notification, there is no reason to panic. Our team will start the investigation as soon as possible. Nevertheless, it is helpful to know if you experience issues on that same moment. Please reply to the incident notification you received via email to provide more details about the issues you experience. Some incident notifications are false positives, some are caused by actions taken by our Support team during troubleshooting other incidents and others are of a serious impact which require immediate action.
