Each brand can have its own help centre, with its own articles, theme and domain. That is more work than it sounds.
Create one
- Create the brand in Admin Center.
- Open its help centre and activate it.
- Choose and configure a theme.
- Map it to a domain.
- Write its articles.
- Set which forms it offers.
Articles do not carry over
The part people underestimate. Each help centre has its own content. An article that applies to both brands has to exist twice, and stay current twice.
Content blocks reduce that, letting you write a passage once and reuse it across articles, but the articles themselves are separate.
Before you create a second one
Ask whether the audiences genuinely differ. Two brands selling to the same people with the same questions do not need two help centres; they need one with clear naming.
Two brands with different products, different customers and different vocabulary do.
The maintenance question
Who keeps each one current. A second help centre with an owner works. A second one that exists because the brand exists becomes stale within a year, and a stale help centre is worse than none because it gives wrong answers confidently.
