What you can do now

Lesson 11 of 11 · Wrap-up. What you can now do with your own AI agent after lessons 2 to 10, and where to read more when you need a detail.

The scenario

You have gone through the lessons with your own AI agent in mind. Before go-live, you check channels, design and acceptance criteria. You present the AI agent where your customers will meet it. And when an answer looks odd or the widget misbehaves, you know where to start.

Goal: know what you can do now with your own AI agent, and where to look when you need more.

What you can do now

Phase What you can do Lessons
Planning Check your replies against the limits of the channels you will use, make the preview match your Web Widget design and check its contrast, and turn your acceptance criteria into test sets. 2, 3, 4
Presenting Demo your AI agent on your own website or a screenshot, switch channels during the demo, show an embedded widget on your live site, and hand the embed code to your web developer. 5, 6
Debugging Trace an odd answer from the conversation logs to its source and the ticket, read the inspector's checks on your website, measure slow or failing replies in DevTools and add a debug report to your request, and re-run your test sets after a change. 7, 8, 9, 10

Where to go next

Something in the course does not match what you see? Tell us what you see, with the lesson and a screenshot, and we will look into it.

Why it matters

  • The same tools serve every phase of your AI agent. The test sets you write before go-live are the ones you run after each change.
  • None of the tools changes your AI agent or your Zendesk settings. The preview and the Lab only change what you see in your own browser.

This is the last lesson of the course. You can come back to any lesson when the situation comes up with your own AI agent.
