When you use Wildix Collaboration and have Phone Numbers registered with pluscloud, invoicing will contain Inbound Calls. Depending on the contract you have with us costs can be attached to the Inbound Calls, or are included in other parts of the contract. In some European countries Inbound Calls to the national number are included in the contact, in other countries often Inbound Calls have a charge per minute as well.
Inbound Calls that are included in your contract will still appear on your invoice with a pricing of 0.00 EUR per minute.
