Wildix Collaboration customers can see a 'Callback Discount' on the invoice. This discount is applied to the costs of the SIP Trunk when the Callback feature is activated. This feature allows your customers to request a callback when they are waiting in queue. As we want to enable companies to offer great customer service and as calls made by you to the customer already are charged as a regular outbound call, we score out the costs of the SIP Trunk on your invoice.
