Tickets created by the Google My Business Channel Integration contain different Ticket Tags. To reference specific locations for routing or reporting purposes a Ticket Tag is generated automatically based on the Store ID that is on record for your location on Google My Business.

is appended with the Store ID. For an example, when your Store ID is set to 321, the Ticket Tag which will be added by the Channel Integration will be gmb-store_321

Pro Tip: Add your Store ID Ticket Tags as a Ticket Field
The Ticket Tags generated by the Channel Integration can also be setup as Tag value on Custom Ticket Fields. In this way reporting on Zendesk Explore can reference the Store Name and no complicated reporting has to be setup using Ticket Tags. Zendesk will automatically select the value of the Ticket Field on the creation of the ticket from the Google My Business Channel Integration.
