Connect your Microsoft 365 calendar

Plan requirement

Subscription x-bees Standard or higher, UC-Business or higher (Collaboration 7)

Link your Google or Microsoft 365 calendar once, and meeting scheduling starts working from your real availability.

Connect it

  1. Open your Settings.
  2. Go to the calendar section and choose Google or Microsoft 365.
  3. Sign in and approve the access requested.

This is per person. Your administrator enabling the integration for the company does not connect your calendar, and this is the step people skip.

What changes once it is linked

  • Your contact-me link can offer real times instead of just a chat
  • An Add meeting button appears when you create a calendar event
  • Meetings you schedule land in both calendars with the joining link included
  • Colleagues see when you are in a meeting rather than merely unavailable

Your calendar becomes your availability

Anything your calendar says is free can be booked. Focus time, travel and lunch need to be in the diary as busy, or a customer will book straight over them.

Connect the calendar you actually live in. Linking a secondary calendar you rarely update produces confident, wrong availability, which is worse than none.

If the option is missing

Calendar connection needs x-bees Standard or higher. On x-bees Basic the section is not there. Check your License type in WMS, or ask whoever manages your system.
