Set up the Microsoft 365 integration

What you get

• Calendar. Your availability feeds the meeting scheduler, and you can add a Wildix meeting to a calendar invitation.
• Contacts. Microsoft contacts appear in search and give a name to incoming calls.
• Single sign-on. Sign in to x-bees with your Microsoft account instead of a separate password.

Set it up

1. In WMS, go to Settings > PBX > Integrations > Cloud integrations.
2. Open the Microsoft 365 integration.
3. Sign in with a Microsoft 365 account that has administrator rights, and grant the permissions requested.

The consent step needs a Microsoft administrator. If you are not one, this is where you will get stuck, so arrange it before you start rather than halfway through.

Each user connects their own calendar

Enabling the integration does not connect everyone's calendar. Each person authorises their own, once, from their settings. Until they do, the scheduler has nothing to offer on their behalf.

Teams is separate

Dialling from the Teams Calls tab is a different integration called teams4Wildix, with its own requirements including extra Microsoft licences. Connecting Microsoft 365 does not give you that.
