Add-ons are charged per agent per month on top of your plan, and the bundle is often cheaper than the parts.
What is published
From the Zendesk pricing page in August 2026, per agent per month billed annually: Copilot at EUR 50, and the Workforce Engagement bundle at EUR 50. Check the current figures before relying on them.
Note what that means against a Suite Team seat at EUR 55: an add-on can cost about as much as the plan it sits on. Add-ons are not a small extra.
Per agent, not per user
The important mechanic. An add-on at EUR 50 per agent per month on a team of twenty is twenty times that, whether all twenty use it or three do.
Whether you can buy it for only some of your agents is a question worth asking before you budget for it, because the answer shapes the sum considerably.
The bundle
Workforce Management and Quality Assurance can be bought separately or together as the Workforce Engagement bundle. Where you want both, the bundle is the route. Our plan requirement blocks say "Workforce Management or Workforce Engagement Management" precisely because either satisfies the requirement.
AI is charged differently
AI agents are included with every Suite and Support plan rather than sold as a seat add-on. What is metered is automated resolutions: you are charged when the AI resolves a request without it reaching a person. That is a usage model, not a seat model, and it behaves completely differently as you grow.
Before you buy an add-on, work out what it replaces. An add-on that saves each agent ten minutes a day pays for itself; one that nobody opens does not. Ask us and we will tell you honestly which of the two we think it will be for your team.
